Jonny leads Dwell Colombia's design and renovation work. Based in Cali, he owns Metamateriales SAS and runs Ingeproject SAS, which together handle architectural design and full top-to-bottom renovations, from planning and materials through to finished spaces.
His teams work in both Cali and Cartagena, so Dwell Colombia clients get one accountable renovation partner no matter which city they buy in. For investors, that means a property can go from purchase to rental-ready without piecing together contractors in an unfamiliar market.
